Q: What exactly is an electronic cigarette ?

A: It is a device that looks like a cigarette and fulfills the needs of a smoker whilst containing none of the carcinogens or tar found in a traditional cigarette.

Q: So how does an electronic cigarette fulfill the needs of a smoker ?

A: The cartridges contain nicotine which satisfies the cravings and also produces a smoke which is in fact a tobacco flavoured water vapour, so the smoker gets all the good things he would get from a traditional cigarette without the bad side effects.

Q: So if they are not actually lit are they legal to smoke in public places ?

A: Yes they are completely legal to smoke anywhere, the Health Act of 2006 states ”Smoking includes being in possession of lit tobacco or of anything lit which contains tobacco or being in possession of any other lit substance in a form in which it could be smoked”. As your VapourCig  is neither lit nor contains tobacco it does not fall under this law.

Q: How long will I have to wait for my VapourCig delivery ?

A: We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours, we send by Royal Mail, and offer 1st and 2nd Class and Special Delivery.

Q: What do I get in my starter kit ?

A: Your starter kit contains everything you need to get you going, 1 complete electronic cigarette, a spare battery, mains charger, 4 cartridges of mixed strengths and full instruction leaflet.

Q: The cartridges, how long do they last ?

A: On average we find that a cartridge will last about the same as 7-10 ordinary cigarettes, although this does vary from smoker to smoker.They are available in high, medium, low and no nicotine and we permanently stock Tobacco, Marlboro and Menthol flavours in all four strengths and can get many others to order.

Q: Can I use other manufacturers cartridges and accessories ?

A: No, you are only guaranteed compatibility if you purchase your cartridges and accessories from VapourCig or the outlet you purchased it from.
Q: How long do the batteries and atomisers last ?
A: They are both considered consumables but are guaranteed for three months, they areavailable to purchase as spares from our website, and are inexpensive.
